Returns Policy

How my mail order system works is as follows.
I recieve the order from you the Customer, pack your chosen items, hand it to the courier and off it goes, tracked and insured.
But life is and i guess now and again things can go wrong. In this event, talk to me, by phone, email, whichever, but let me know and i WILL do my upmost to sort it out.
Your Shopping is my Business and i want to keep it that way.
All of my stock goes through a very strict quality control before it is sent out to you the customer, but in the event of damage in transit see below.
Not happy with your purchase?
If you decide that you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, send it back to me with Proof of Purchase ( The receipt that i send with it )within 14 days of purchase and i will Exchange or credit you the amount you paid for the goods . The items must be in a resellable condition and include all packaging
Damaged goods?
If your goods arrive damaged, send them back to me With all Packaging and Proof of Purchase within 7 days of purchase and i will issue you a replacement, a credit note or refund.
No refunds can be given towards postage costs.
