How to Order
Some typical Questions that we have been asked.
Q. Why is there no Basket showing next to some products?
A. No Basket means that the item is out of Stock.
Q. I found an item that i wanted but i cannot remember were on your Site that i saw it?
A. Put the best description or name of it into the search bar.
Q. I would like to pay & reserve an item and collect it from your Shop, can i do this?
A. Yes, simply go to checkout as normal but use the 'Offline' Payment option.
Q. How soon after i place an Order can i expect to receive my goods?
A. We process and Ship most 'Instock' Orders within 24 hours.
Q. I would like to ask a Question and have it posted here to help others?
A. Sure, just use our contact us form
Just simply put what you want to Buy in the Basket,
Basket will only be available if item is in stock
If your chosen item is not showing a Basket please contact me and if its still being made i will order it for you
When you have finished shopping and ready to pay just click on checkout.
UK Postage will be calculated automatically as you shop.
If you are an overseas shopper place your Order as normal and we will contact you to confirm any additional Shipping costs.
Put your payment and contact details in and i will do the rest.
You will recieve an system email to confirm your order
I will also email you to confirm when your goods are on ther way to you and provide you with a Tracking number
Only use the 'Offline' payment option if you intend to collect your order from one of our outlets
All Parcels are Sent Fully Insured and tracked

If you are local to to any of our outlets simply call me with your order and i will bring it along with me for you to collect to save you the postage.
